Namanya Julius is a Monitoring evaluation and research professional with 12 years of experience in the development sector.  He holds MSc Management and information systems – Change and Development (University of Manchester), Master of Business administration – Project    Management (Mount Kenya University), Post Graduate Diploma, Development Studies/Project Planning and Management| Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), and Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies |  Makerere University Kampala|

Julius has led M&E and research efforts including, the development of M&E strategies for organizations programme, training a host of students and development practitioners on project management, Monitoring evaluation and research. His relevant experience includes work with ADR Rwanda, EU funded project implemented by legal aid forum, World Vision, Care International and Oxfam.

He has also worked as Evidence/Research Associate manager Girl Effect Rwanda, Monitoring Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Country lead -Oxfam Rwanda and as M&E officer/coordinator ADRA Rwanda), Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator USAID/ADRA Rwanda Development Assistance programme|Title II project and Community orphans and family support project (rural South-western Uganda) Project Coordinator. Julius is a Guest Lecturer University of Rwanda’s Centre for gender studies (CGS) and a Founder Great Lakes insight where he provides occasional commentary on regional issues including trade, integration and governance. Julius is a Director, Research Hub Ltd. Research Hub specialises in M&E, Project cycle management capacity building, counterfactual evaluations, and market research among others.
