For Governments to perform their mandates, KAL envisages providing curt edge expert solutions faced in service delivering in planning, implementation and evaluation phases of government program as may be required from time to time as may contracted to do so. KSCL consultants will gather, scrutinize, and assess information in order to advise Government. Consultants may also if requested evaluate resources, advise on additional resources, and use mathematical models to present potential outcomes of a pursued path; present cost-benefit analysis on new and existing programs as well as make alternative recommendations.
